Seeing USA influence weakening in East Asia region, China is striving for “regional leadership”, first of all making accent on so called “soft power”. Under the pressure of objective circumstances is Chinese leadership renounced to refuse the rather long time confessed principle of “Keeping a low profile” and is moving to political course of enlarging comprehensive national power in order to prepare the country for above stated functions of regional leader. It has been recognized, that a dilemma of choice between China and USA has today developed practically for all East Asia states into rather complicated problem, the decision on which, most probably, will be stretched during many years, though it must be acknowledged that Beijing is much more perspective to organize East Asia under its own project.
